In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the cc222 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services accessible at cc222.io.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to cc222 and its operating entity.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the cc222 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game play action made using real-money funds in a Player's Account.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account wallet at any given time, including both real-money deposits and awarded bonus funds (where applicable).

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period currently active on your Account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

cc222 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any time. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete, and may result in permanent Account closure if verification cannot be established.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the cc222 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party.

You agree to notify cc222 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. cc222 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

cc222 reserves the right to require documentary proof of identity at any stage, including a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document. Accounts where identity cannot be verified will be restricted from making withdrawals until verification is complete.

5.1 Deposits. Players may fund their cc222 Account using any of the supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed on the Platform's deposit page. cc222 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to fund your Account or to a verified account in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT equivalent (or the USDT equivalent at the prevailing rate). Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of KYC verification.

5.3 Currency. The Platform operates primarily in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) and USDT. Currency conversion where applicable is performed at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction. cc222 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. cc222 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any Player at any time. Any Account suspected of being used for money laundering or related financial crime will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

5.5 Failed Transactions. cc222 shall not be liable for losses arising from failed, delayed, or reversed transactions attributable to payment service providers, banking institutions, or blockchain network congestion. Players experiencing payment issues should contact [email protected].

cc222 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and tournament prizes to eligible Players. All such promotional offers are subject to specific terms, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cc222 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of the Account Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or terrorist financing activity.

• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures of the Platform or any third-party provider.
• Delays in payment processing caused by payment service providers, banking institutions, or blockchain network congestion.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Any event beyond cc222's reasonable control, including acts of God, network failures, government actions, or force majeure events.

In all circumstances, cc222's total liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

cc222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. In cases of Account closure for breach, cc222 reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
